Context and purpose: You will join our Food & Beverage department, directly reporting to the Corporate F&B Director. You will have the chance to work within an extremely dynamic and fast environment. You will manage the activities related to all the restaurants and facilities of the Armani Group in Milan. Responsibilities: Interaction with customer and supplier accounting Accounting entries Petty cash management Purchase order issuance Handling of money Management of active and passive billing cycles Payment and deadline management Contract and document archiving Requirements: Must have skills: High school diploma and/or Degree in Economics Two years of previous experience in accounting offices and/or administrative departments Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) Nice to have skills: Previous experience in companies operating in the F&B sector Strong analytical mindset Detail oriented Ability to work in a very fast and dynamic environment We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
