**MUST HAVE

- Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English

- Work permit in Italy

- 0-3 years of experience in accounting & finance

- Knowledge of the General Accounting Plan and taxes

- Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers

- Ability to learn and evolve quickly

You will be the **main contact person** for all financial matters in our office, managing the administrative paperwork that we handle at Odoo IT and you will work in close collaboration with our headquarters in Belgium. You will have the opportunity to grow and evolve with us!

**Responsibilities**:

Concretely, you will:

- Register invoices of payables and receivables

- Control incoming and outgoing payments and account for our business transactions

- Manage suppliers and purchases for the office

- Claim and set up repayment plans

- Manage account reconciliations and support audits

- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

- Analyze our financial data and prepare reports

- Optimize and extend our internal accounting processeq
