Accountant Junior / Italy Schools
Summary
The job consist in managing administrative activities related to the Fashion, Design and Fashion & Art Schools in Milan and Florence, both in accounting and reporting activities as well as monthly and annual accounting closings.
**Main responsibilities of the role**:
- Managing activities related to the active cycle by interfacing with the Admission office
- Invoicing and debt collection
- Managing and monitoring active invoices on the Interchange System
- Supporting the Finance Manager in analysis activities required by Management and Headquarters
- Supporting the Finance Manager in managing activities related to the intercompany process
- Support in the management of activities related to the accounts payable cycle
- General accounting records
- Accounting and reconciliation of bank and cash movements
- Support during monthly and annual accounting closing activities
- Support during audit activities
**Education and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Diploma in accounting
- 1/2 years of experience in the role
- Strong accuracy and problem solving skills
- Ability to sustain activities with a good level of concentration even at times of higher intensity
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of Sap B1 accounting program and Office package
