**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- Excel report creation

- Review processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency/accuracy and implement solutions

- Complete projects and other responsibilities as assigned

- Reconcile bank and credit cards accounts

- Responsible of bank internal report

- Filing and management of account payables database and ageing report

- Management of payables invoices

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Strong knowledge in accounting

- The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams and Outlook

- Be fluent in both verbal and written English.

Additional languages advantageous

- Have previous experience in administration, supplier and/or customer management

- Accuracy, integrity and ability to work within specific deadlines

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact with people within the team or with other team members

- You have a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
