We have an exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join our team in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities include: Responsible for the administration, bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements for various Luxembourg companiesAssist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and year-end closingsPrepare interim accounts on behalf of the client as necessaryLiaise and interact with clients, other offices and client advisors, in order to prepare the financial statementsSupport the audit of financial statements (where required)Support the preparation of VAT / CIT returns (where required)Support the preparation of financial reports (LUX GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS) (where required)Record the working hours/client in the time billing system according to the objectives setCoordinate the outsourced accounting team (review and verification of prepared accounting documents etc.

)Your qualifications include: University degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA-qualified or part qualified would be a distinct advantage)Good knowledge of LuxGaap (IFRS, Consolidation and/or USGaap would be an advantage)3 years of experience with a professional services firm (PE Funds)Good communication and organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlinesProactive with a client service orientated attitudeAbility for multiple tasks requested at the same time and set prioritiesAbility to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a teamCompany Benefits: At our Luxembourg office, we believe in putting our employees' well-being first!
