Accountant Specialist
We are looking for an Accountant who will report to the Senior Accountant manager and will be part of the PowerLink Finance team, based in Milano.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of active invoices and check of the cash collection in alignment with controlling department
- Monthly overdue report by customer and cash flow report on a daily base
- Management of third parties and intercompany passive invoices with focus on the passive cycle, with particular regards to the Good Receipt phase, assuring constant alignment between the functions involved and in particular with Controlling Department and Project Management
- Analysis of all the outstanding invoices and preparation of the relevant accrual necessary for the monthly closure of the legal entity
- Analysis of intercompany reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Management of the payment process assuring timeliness and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduation in Economics, Accounting
- Knowledge of SAP, in particular modules FI/CO
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Ppt. )
- Proficiency English knowledge, both written and spoken.
Experience And Soft Skills
- At least 2-3 years as Junior accountant
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the details
- Flexibility and ability to work within a team.
