Palmetto State Glass is recruiting for an Accountant to add to their rapidly growing finance team.

Duties and Responsibilities: AIA billing and lien waiver document processing Process change orders Process contracts Reconcile weekly and monthly credit card statements Process subcontractor weekly invoices Maintain vendor files, track COI's and W'9's Review/maintain state, city and county business licenses Analyze general ledger for accuracy Assist with monthly forecasting of project profits Create/post journal entries as needed Reconcile vendor statements Track monthly utility invoices for three (3) locations Assist with month-end close process Experience with construction background helpful Requirements/Experience: At least five (5) years accounting experience College level accounting courses (preferred) Lien waiver knowledge Advanced QuickBooks User Skilled at MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Foundation software experience a plus Excellent communication skills Critical Thinking skills Valid SC Driver's License, clean record #J-18808-Ljbffr
