**_Department_

The Finance and Accounting department is at the centre of the organization and is responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial control necessary to support all business activities.

**_Function and key responsibilities_

To reinforce its team our Client is looking for a **Manager **who will conduct the Finance and Accounting department, functionally reporting into the CFO.

**_Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities_

- Monitor accounts payable balances and processes

- Review monthly financial statements across the Group

- Generate and review monthly AR, AP, GL reports

- Manage tax accounting

- Assist with preparation for annual audits

- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures

- Ensure and monitor accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices

- Manage collections

- Credit management

**_Accounting Manager Qualifications/Skills_

- Understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data

- Outstanding math and research skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability

- Proficient in English

**_Education and Experience Requirements_

- 5 + years of accounting experience (general ledger / accounts payable / accounts receivable)

- Chartered Accountant or Master's degree in accounting or related field preferred

- Experience with SAP

- you have strong written and verbal communication skills

- you are deadline-driven with excellent time management ability

- you have an excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial data

- you have the capability to maintain strong confidentiality on information

- you have outstanding math and research skills
