As an intern you will support our Entrance Hall Accounting Team during the summer months (June - August).

You will get a 360° overview of the financial accounting with all the various administrative tasks and be the first contact person for our guests and partners. Tasks responsibilitiesAssist in the reception of visitors (customers, business partners, internal employees)Assist the financial accounting department in posting all transactions as they occurSupport in the creation of customer master data in the ERP systemAssist in the management of travel expense reportsSupport in the communication with external personsHelp to manage stationery and company carsSupport in administrative tasksProfileUniversity student or degree in economics or in a similar fieldPrevious experience in accounting, administration will be considered as a plusExcellent German/Italian skills and good English SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
