We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an **Accounting & Finance Specialist **where you will have the chance to be immersed in the account and finance processes and when you can give your contributions to the board decision-making procedures.

**Responsibilities

As an Accounting & Finance Specialist you will:

- Manage the active invoicing process (monthly/quarterly) for both Italy and Spain;

- Be responsible for helping clients and suppliers with their financial issues and questions by collaborating with the Sales and Account Management team;

- Perform month-end bank account reconciliations and financial close, coordinating with our holding company;

- Collaborate and coordinate with the holding company's Finance department to ensure the accuracy of costs and expenses;

- Manage cash collection (remind clients of payment);

- Produce adhoc reports to help business decision making processes;

- Optimize internal invoicing and accounting processes;

- Collaborate closely with COO and Head of Finance in preparing forecasts and budgets.

- At least 18 months of previous experience in accounting or auditing in multinational companies;

- General knowledge of OIC and Italian Gaap;

- Knowledge of accounting rules;

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP accounting systems (i. e.

SAP, Oracle, SpaceNet);

- Proactivity and continuous improvement attitude;

- Problem-solving mindset;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- Economics or Business degree.
