For Anagni Site, we are looking for an **Accounting & Tax Manager** **to join the team.

**The Role**:

- Collaborate with Finance Director by ensuring that the facility is in compliance with Catalent Pharma Solutions financial policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), Italian accounting principles, Sox and L. 231. Maintaining accurate SOX and L231 documentation and controls.

- Partner with Corporate Sox team, IA Team and Vigilance Committee (Organismo di Vigilanza).

- Responsible to prepare the year end Statutory statement. Organize the Shareholder meetings (annual and quarterly) and keep meetings books.

- Liaise with Statutory Audit Committee and Auditors (internal and external).

- Responsible for the quarterly account verification process.

- Prepare local tax filings (VAT, income tax, etc) and review with Finance Director for approval.

- Prepare quarterly Tax Forecast as required by Corporate.

- Review the Transfer Price documentation with the site Finance Director.

- Ensure that all personnel under its supervision (collaborators, contractors) operate in accordance with the cGMP and EHS procedures. Assuring the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) drafting and assure the implementation of training in compliance with current regulations (GMP, CRF 21 part 111 and ISO 13485), internal and corporate procedures and in compliance with security and safety in the workplace

- Responsible to lead the Account payable Team Support the activities related to Industria 4. 0 and other programs to get grant for new Investment

- Degree BS/BA in Finance or Accounting Required, Master's degree preferred.

- CPA Certification Required.

- Previous Public Accounting Experience, preferred.

- Demonstrated cross functional project leadership.

- Experience with financial system implementation & restructuring processes.

- JDE, OneStream, Excel (especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint and Business Objects experience, preferred. Good knowledge of the English language

- Preferably previous experience in the role

- Experience in manufacturing sites, Experiences in project groups
