We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant & Financial Controller to support the oversight of our organization's financial operations. The candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data, implement robust internal controls, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to provide management with insights into financial performance. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit queries or issues. Cost Management & Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of costs, margins, and operational performance to recommend improvements in cost management, efficiency, and resource allocation. Financial Controlling: Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency, identify risks, and provide recommendations for corrective actions when needed. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a similar role Masters's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Strong corporate finance knowledge. Experience with a big four firm is considered a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, with particular focus on Excel. English language proficiency.
