Accounting and Reporting Manager - Milano - Accounting and Reporting Specialist - International Company Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Apply and ensure that the directives, the policies and the company procedures are aligned with the Group guidelines; Work and manage the records about privacy (compliance); Work according to the company rules; Interface with the Headquarter; Monthly closing process; Leasing accounting; Manage the quarterly audit reports (internal & external); Prepare/support the balance sheet according to the Italian rules (statutory closing); Support the preparation of the budget and forecast (if requested); Responsible for the Transfer Price documentation; Manage the tax declaration; Efficient and effective teamwork and maintain a good relationship with colleagues from other areas; Full support for the area is required. Requisiti: The position typically requires a University degree with some years of experience in finance/accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Usually requires some years of experience in an industry or in an Audit company (Big Four): Independent working; Leadership skills; Proactive attitude; Fluent in English and ideally Spanish; Excellent computer skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge is appreciated.
