LHH is looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the role of Accounting and Tax Leader at a multinational company reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and tax department resources and related activities, being also an active performer • Monthly reporting (IAS/IFRS) and yearly Statutory financial statements

• Support business functions with the analysis of relevant accounting and tax aspects of business decisions to find possible solutions

• Liaise with external auditors and main stakeholders for accounting and tax topics

• Leading the development of accounting and tax related projects

Your Profile

• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent • Minimum 10 years of advanced experience in Accounting and Tax, preferably in local entities of multinational groups

• Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken

• Proven ability to manage resources, direct and indirect

• Ability to work both independently as well as in team and to build relationships

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
