As an Accounting Assistant for two of our companies:

London and Switzerland.

our role is vital to maintaining financial records, managing invoices, and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Invoice Management: Handle clients' and suppliers' invoices and verify their accuracy in our CRM (BeConcierge)Payment Processing: Establish payments, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and terms. Monthly Financial Transactions: Manage banking and card payment transactions. Monthly Reporting: Prepare and draft monthly financial reports to assist in reporting and VAT claims. Accounting Techniques: Apply accounting principles and techniques to maintain accurate financial records.

Skills and qualifications

Excellent EnglishA degree in Accounting. Previous experience in accounting or finance is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel). Familiarity with accounting and tax processing software, particularly Sage. Strong knowledge of accounting techniques and principles. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team. A high sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
