Accounting Assistant

to join our team based

Cornate d'Adda.

Your mission:

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting functions such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database, while also performing administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices and daily transactions and expensesPerform administrative support functionsAssist with bank reconciliations and supplier accountsUpdate and maintain accounting database with data entry and reportsAssist handling monthly and quarterly reportsAssist handling day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study1-3 years' of experience working in AccountingStrong written and verbal communication skills in ItalianDesired languages (not required) English or SpanishHighly detail-oriented
