We are seeking a organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team based Cornate d'Adda.

Your mission: The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting functions such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database, while also performing administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities: Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses Perform administrative support functions Assist with bank reconciliations and supplier accounts Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports Assist handling monthly and quarterly reports Assist handling day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study 1-3 years' of experience working in Accounting Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian Desired languages (not required) English or Spanish Highly detail-oriented What we offer: A stable future and continuous professional growth in accounting and financial reporting We are committed to innovation and creativity, providing a dynamic environment where your ideas and talents can be heard.
