We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team based in Cornate d'Adda. Your mission:The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting functions such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database, while also performing administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities:Process invoices and daily transactions and expensesPerform administrative support functionsAssist with bank reconciliations and supplier accountsUpdate and maintain accounting database with data entry and reportsAssist handling monthly and quarterly reportsAssist handling day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payrollQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study1-3 years of experience working in AccountingStrong written and verbal communication skills in ItalianDesired languages (not required): English or SpanishHighly detail-orientedWhat we offer:A stable future and continuous professional growth in accounting and financial reporting.
