Accounting Clerk
Summary
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who is responsible for accounting administrative duties and supports the hotel Chief Accountant.
This position supports the efficient running of the Accounting Department, and will also assist other departments with various administrative tasks.
**Essential Functions -
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Chief Accountant
- Organizing and filing several different reports from multiple departments
- collect receipts, organize and file, learn coding
- Month End Journal Entries
- Reviewing and completing Income Journal Reconciliations
- Reviewing accounts for accurate billing
**Qualifications
- Accounting degree /experience is preferred but not required - minimum 2 years
- Italian and English knowledge are mandatory
- Good problem solving
- Administrative and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork.
