We are looking for an **Accounting & Consolidation Specialist** to join our team based in Bologna.
**MISSION
Within Group Accounting, Consolidation & Tax Team, cooperate to ensure Group accounting compliance and Group Reporting monthly deadline and Group Statutory Consolidation facilitating the sharing of accounting knowledge and improving the monitoring of Group Procedure.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Support companies to adopt and maintain accounting compliance while presenting monthly management report and yearend financial statements under IFRS principles
- Support companies in accounting compliance under local GAAP
- Support companies to use the financial reporting tool for consolidation and statutory financial statements
- Support companies in performing financial statement closure in SAP
- Monitoring of compliance to group accounting policies
- Support and stimulate companies' proper data submission in order to finalize consolidated financial statement with proper accuracy and respecting the deadlines
- Continuous knowledge improvement of IFRS principle keeping consolidation manual updated
- Support the team to prepare KPI reports in time using dedicated tools
- Support the finalization of monthly management reporting guiding the companies and stimulate further improvements
- Support companies involved in M&A transaction to adhere group procedures
- Support SAP implementation in companies involved
**REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in national and international audit firm or private company with consolidation dept
- Knowledge of accounting principles IFRS and ITA gaap
- Familiar with ERP (SAP) and Business intelligence tools (knowledge of Board is preferred)
- Master's degree in economics
- Excellent communication skills and proactivity
- Excellent team-working skills
- Fluent English both verbal and in writing
