The intern will work alongside the Tutor with the objective of providing support to the administrative office, particularly in the management of active and passive cycle. In detail he/she will support the Finance Manager in the following activities:Support in activities related to the passive cycleCheck and record faculty and supplier invoicesCheck and account for employee expense reportsSupport in active invoicingReconcile payments of students enrolled in the new academic yearControl and monitor enrolled situationsSupport in credit recovery activitySupport in bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliation activitiesLearningThe experience will enable the intern to gain a good understanding of general accounting in the business environment with the goal of:Address issues characteristic of a company's asset cycleSupport in the activities of the passive cycleUse the dedicated SAP operating systemEducation and Skills:Bachelor's degree in economics or a Diploma in accountingStrong accuracy skillsAbility to sustain activities with a good level of concentration even at times of higher intensityGood knowledge of the English languageKnowledge of office package (good knowledge of excel) #J-18808-Ljbffr
