Job Description: We are seeking experienced Accounting Managers for our Italy operations.

The successful candidates will oversee all accounting activities, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, and manage tax matters.

This role requires a strong understanding of local accounting standards and practices, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial records Manage compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements Oversee preparation and submission of all kind tax returns Implement and maintain internal controls, e. g.

Fix assets management and stock management Prepare financial statements and reports Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions Supervise and mentor the accounting team Other ad-hoc tasksQualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Fluency in local language and English.

Chinese is a plus.
