Job Purpose**:

GERMANY Job Purpose

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

Local turnover, preparation of IV directive files, reconciliation, notes to the financial statements, reports, and management report.

Analysis and supporting documentation.

EH Europe, VAT analysis, monthly and annual reports.

Periodic statement of quarterly settlements

Annual VAT tax representative declaration

Drafting of documentation for requesting annual VAT refund, collection of documents and supervision for surety documentation.

Practical control up to annual reimbursement.

Sharing with European structure for problems or indications.

Support to the company in the administrative field and management of sales businesses, triangular, quadrangular exemptions, or VAT consultancy.

Board of Statutory Auditors, auditors, collection of documentation and sharing for quarterly annual audits and financial statements.

Legislative Decree 231, internal member of the supervisory body pursuant to the legislative decree, planning meetings, agendas, and interviews with contact persons.

Management of minutes and audit documentation.

Meeting with interface and feedback bodies.

Updating of the model, special parts, training with specific consultants, learning tests

FIORI mapping, and support with the administrative team for learning and issues for expense reports.
