Enfinity is looking for a versatile and entrepreneurial person that will provide support to the Company's Finance team globally.

**Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

- Processing vendor invoices on NetSuite's accounting and payment platforms - including capturing all invoices for payment, selecting appropriate payment terms, reviewing general ledger coding, investigating past due balances, and comply with Company policies and procedures for processing invoices

- Handling new vendor set up on the NetSuite accounting platform

- Provide guidance to the business and monitor effectiveness of the Procure-to-Pay/PO process

- General Ledger

- Prepare journal entries, including monthly accruals

- Complete general ledger operations

- Perform account and bank reconciliations

- Review and process expense reports and company credit cards

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes

- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures

- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

- Supporting other elements of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement close process and reporting - including balance sheet reconciliations and independent audit support

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data

Reporting

- Liaise with external consultants and provide information for preparation of the different local tax declarations and annual accounts

- Support monthly management reporting and budget/forecasting activities

**Required Skills**:

- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

Spanish, Italian or Portuguese are a plus.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Well-organized and deadline-driven.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Previous experience in Payables and/or General Accounting with a 7+ years' of experience.

- Proficiency in Excel is a must.

- Previous experience of working on Netsuite or a similar accounting platform is a plus.

- Renewable or Real estate sectors experience are desirable.

- Use to work managing several entities.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €40. 000, 00 - €60. 000, 00 all'anno
