Job Description: We are seeking experienced Accounting Managers for our Italy operations.

The successful candidates will oversee all accounting activities, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, and manage tax matters.

This role requires a strong understanding of local accounting standards and practices, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial records - Manage compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements - Oversee preparation and submission of all kind tax returns - Implement and maintain internal controls, e. g.

Fix assets management and stock management - Prepare financial statements and reports - Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors - Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions - Supervise and mentor the accounting team - Other ad-hoc tasks Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) - Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) - Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles - In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office - Fluency in local language and English.

Chinese is a plus.
