Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
General Accounting, daily, weekly, monthly and annual bookings.
Asset accounting, asset master data creation, disposals, purchases, transfers, local depreciation, US Gaap, area valuation settings
Commissions, maintenance of commission tables, creation and disposal, input values for accounting, launch of monthly commissions, uploading values on the Enasarco platform, creation of cash payments.
VAT, monthly control of the monthly liquidation carried out by the administrative staff, quarterly periodic settlement, monthly VAT return.
VAT yearly declaration, revision of periodic settlements
Intrastat.
Electronic and Supplementary Invoicing (ex spesometro).
Sending documents to SDI/AdE for all foreign invoices.
Maintenance of external archiving platforms
SAP Super Key User FI
Hyperion Financial Management
OneStream
**Other Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Local turnover, preparation of IV directive files, reconciliation, notes to the financial statements, reports, and management report.
Analysis and supporting documentation.
Foreign tax representation, VAT analysis, monthly and annual reports.
Requesting annual VAT refund, collection of documents and supervision for surety documentation.
Practical control up to annual reimbursement.
Support to the company in the administrative field and management of sales businesses, triangular, quadrangular exemptions, or VAT consultancy.
Board of Statutory Auditors, auditors, collection of documentation and sharing for quarterly annual audits and financial statements.

**Qualifications**:
- Relevant education -> University degree or equivalent
- Level of experience -> 5 years
- Systems knowledge -> Office 365, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, OneSource
- English level -> fluent, need to use daily both mails and calls
- Knowledge of L. 231 compliance
