About the job

In this role, reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for granting compliancy, accuracy and delivery on time of all the administrative, finance and fiscal matters within the company.

You will be coordinating the functional specialists contributing to the correct interaction between Business Unites needs and tax and fiscal requirements and you will implement corporate guidelines in your area of influence.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Final closure and sign-off of financial statements according to statutory (HB1) and IFRS (HB2) laws and regulations creating a comprehensive commentary based on sound financial analysis

- Management of treasury operations including cash flow management definitions and decisions

- Defining, calculating, aligning with internal stakeholders with regard to social security, incentive payments and other HR related accruals (e. g.

holidays not taken, overtime)

- Ensuring that all processes are defined fully compliant with legal regulations (e. g.

contracts, labor law, VAT, taxes, commercial law, SEPA)

- Managing taxes either for defined tax types calculate and submit or final review and submission of taxes calculated in the GBS hub

- Ensuring that transfer pricing documentation according to corporate guidelines is up to date, changes incorporated, approved and communicated

- Cooperation with stakeholders, like bank, authorities, corp. tax, corp. controlling and partner with local entity management (e. g.

financial optimizations)

- Cooperation and collaboration with Shared Service Center

- Being the first contact for business regarding special projects and expert advice, consult business projects if required

- Administrative requirement delivery (ISTAT, Chamber of Commerce etc.

)

- Auditing: Supervisor and prepares audits (e. g.

fiscal) internal and external, responsible for auditors and certifications in administrative matters

- Monitoring correct execution of fiscal requirements for stores (dependent and independent channel)

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Minimum 3-5 year of experience in a similar role

- University degree in Accounting/Finance

- Excellent knowledge of ITA GAAP and IFRS

- Experienced in financial accounting, financial analysis and treasury management

- Experience in tax matters is a plus (e. g.

transfer pricing)

- Change Management and Stakeholder Management experience

- Fluent communications skills in English, both written and verbal

- MS Office, SAP knowledge

- Autonomy and excellent problem-solving skills

- Being able to see the big picture as well as ability to dive into details

- Excellent communicator and strong collaborator
