YOUR TEAM You'd be working in a group where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research activities of the Foundation.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Invoice management and recording, including related compliance. Assisting in the preparation of tax declarations and management of regulatory compliance. Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU SHINE A Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a similar discipline will be preferred, but is not mandatory;Previous experience in accounting or administrative field;Good knowledge of the English language;Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel;A cooperative approach with the stakeholders;Accuracy and good analytical skills;EXTRA AWESOME Knowledge of ERP software;Strong problem solving attitude;High motivation to learn;Good in time and priority management;Ability to work in a challenging and international environment;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment;COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary package for international standards (salary will include bonus option)Wide range of staff discounts2 days of teleworking per weekFlexible working timeWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
