He/she will join the team dedicated to payables accounting of Group foreign-European branches, in accordance with deadlines and compliant with accounting and tax regulations. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the payables accounts, ensuring all transactions adhere to Group policies and deadlines. Capex Management: Maintain Capital Expenditure (Capex) register, accurately calculating depreciation and ensuring the integrity of fixed asset records. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in the company's accounting system. Regulatory Compliance: Keep abreast of and fulfill all declaratory obligations as mandated by local tax and accounting regulations. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, auditing firms and external consultants to support accounting operations. Requirements: At least 3 years of professional experience in payables administration/accounting, preferably in retail industries. Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Statements. Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.
