Regional Sales Manager - Europe We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and success in the South- and East Europe region. About the RoleThe Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities, developing Go-To-Market plans, and understanding competitor strengths and vulnerabilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience selling capital equipment and traveling extensively across assigned territories. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with customers to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to close dealsDevelop and maintain relationships with direct and indirect customers, including channel managers and distributorsConduct market research to understand competitor activity and identify areas for differentiationTravel extensively (50%+) across the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospectsRequirementsBachelor's Degree, advanced degrees preferred5+ years of sales experience with a documented track record of success2+ years of experience as an indirect people and/or distribution managerMust have sold capital pieces of equipmentStrong technical knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental industrySelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skillsWe offer a competitive salary of $120, 000 - $150, 000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
