**A Snapshot of Your Day**:

Acting as the first point of contact for our internal as well asexternal partners, the accounting professional will be responsible for ensuringthat the business has procedures and processes in place which are continuouslyreviewed to align with all risk and control requirements.

The person willensure that financial data is accumulated duly for an accurate accounting ofbusiness results.

As member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to takemore responsibility on the role and help to shape the company of tomorrow.

**How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Provide support and maintain effective communication with all partners like local management, headquarters, auditors, share services and internal departments;

- Support the monthly financial closing and ensure that the reporting requirements are fulfilled;

- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial statements;

- Perform and implement accounting controls;

- Identify process improvement potentials in accounting processes, and proposes measures;

- Support and assist in different projects like M&A transactions;

- Support the implementation of new business specific accounting standards;

- Advise the Operating Business on accounting issues and special transactions.

**What You Bring**:

- At least 3 years of experience in accounting related roles

- Bachelor's degree and above; academic background in economics, finance, accounting

- Proficient in spoken and written in Italian and English

- Proven MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (advanced)

- SAP Knowledge is a plus

- Good analytical skills and attention to detail

- Eager to learn, independent and self-organized way of working

- Good communication and coordination skills; flexible and able to manage changes

- Solid Knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP

- Able to cope with tight target and to work by objective
