The resource, within the Accounting Department, will support the team in all activities related to the active and passive accounting cycle.

Main Activities

Activities related to the accounting process of the different types of invoices using the appropriate management systemManagement of general and analytical accountingAdministration and update of accounting booksManagement of administrative requirements such as registration of notes and invoices, preparation of first notes and tax requirements related to VAT or other indirect taxesMonitor administrative activities observing deadlines and proceduresSkills

2 or 3 years of experience in the same roleGood English knowledgeExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeAccuracy, planning and organizationGood relationship and communication skillsTeam Working, Proactivity, Problem SolvingEducation

Degree in Economics or similar fields
