Your role in BizAwayMaintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts;Assuring daily booking of bank, cash, and credit card transactions;Reconciling accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance;Assisting the Accounting department in preparing the annual financial statement;Managing payments and credit collection;Interfacing with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptly;Supporting fiscal advisor with the preparation of tax forms and all the fiscal tasks;Supporting auditors during the whole audit process of the financial statement. Your basic qualifications1-2 years of proven work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role;Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation;Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills;Bachelor's degree in accounting;Good knowledge of spreadsheet programs, such as Excel;High level of English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
