**We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic** Accounting Specialist - Categorie Protette l. 68/99 (m/w/d)**, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Accounting and Administration Team.

**Your role in BizAway

- Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts;

- Assuring daily booking of bank, cash and credit card transactions;

- Reconciling accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance;

- Assisting the Accounting department in preparing the annual financial statement.

- Managing payments and credit collection;

- Interfacing with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptly;

- Supporting fiscal advisor with the preparation of tax forms and all the fiscal tasks;

- Supporting auditors during the whole audit process of the financial statement.

**Your basic qualifications

- 1-2 years of proven work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role;

- Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation;

- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills;

- Bachelor's degree in accounting;

- Good knowledge of spreadsheet programs, such as Excel;

- High level of English and Spanish, Italian is a plus
