**THE ROLE

New Guards Group is looking for an Accounting Specialist, Digital for its administrative department who wil directly report to the Accounting Manager.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO

- B2C billing management;

- commissionaire model invoicing management;

- e-concession billing management;

- Paypall and Adyen collection management;

- OSS registration fulfillment management;

- VAT positions fulfillment management;

- management of billing flows from warehouses in EU and non-EU countries;

**WHO YOU ARE

high school diploma;

fluent in english;

very good knowledge of excel;

at least two years of experience in structured international companies, better if part of Digital/online industry;

knowledge of DY365 platform and experience in implementing ERP system;

precise, punctual, flexible and with a spirit of adaptation in a dynamic reality, in strong growth and in the phase of structuring;

ability to work in a team and to relate at any level of the company;
