**THE ROLE

New Guards Group is looking for a Payables Accounting Specialist for its Administrative Department, who will report directly to the Accounting Manager.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Register and check all the Italian, CEE and EXTRA-CEE payables invoices related to the suppliers for both goods and services;

- verify and manage the expenses to be reimbursed to employees and related reconciliations;

- reconcile accounts coge;

- maintain vendors schedule of payments and vendors master data;

- support the team in other different activities, when needed.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- At least 3 years' experience in accounting activities in structured companies and with international business (better from a fashion industry);

- english level fluent;

- good knowledge of Excel;

- precise, punctual in carrying out the activities, flexible and with spirit of adaptation in a dynamic reality, in strong growth and in phase of structuring;

- good at team working.
