Accounting Specialist - TEMPO DETERMINATO 12 mesi Ensure the timely, regular and correct accounting keeping of the company in the different areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Role and Duty – Core Business Ensure, in Accounts Payable area , the payment of the company's suppliers and the payments of premiums and commissions to the dealership network and salesmen. Ensure the regular fulfilment of tax obligations related to different payments, in coordination with the Tax area. Ensure, in Accounts Receivable area , the updated situation on the state of reimbursement of the financing and the resolution of any anomalies related to the payments. Main activities include invoice and credit notes issuance at the request of other offices. Ensure the correct and timely keeping of the General Ledger , in order to ensure full compliance with the obligations of monthly reporting towards HQ and all fiscal fulfilments, in coordination with the Tax area.
