Accounting Specialist - Fixed Term 12 MonthsEnsure the timely, regular, and correct accounting keeping of the company in the different areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Role and Duty – Core Business In the Accounts Payable area, ensure the payment of the company's suppliers and the payments of premiums and commissions to the dealership network and salesmen.
Ensure the regular fulfillment of tax obligations related to different payments, in coordination with the Tax area. In the Accounts Receivable area, ensure the updated situation on the state of reimbursement of the financing and the resolution of any anomalies related to the payments.
Main activities include issuing invoices and credit notes at the request of other offices. Ensure the correct and timely keeping of the General Ledger to ensure full compliance with the obligations of monthly reporting towards HQ and all fiscal fulfillments, in coordination with the Tax area.
