Key Responsibilities: Responsible for accountingManage & review monthly US GAAP closing activitiesTreasury cash forecast managementPerform statutory tax reportingPrepare monthly financial statement for USPerform accounting reporting and analytical reviewPrepare statutory annual accounts in Italian GAAPLiaise with auditors & lead financial statements auditActively participate in the SAP transition projectDemonstrate strong understanding of financial accounting systemsReport issues/key transactions to site controller and group accounting teamDrive continuous improvement in processesLead the accounting teamEducation & Experience: Very strong experience in accounting/financeMaster Degree in Accounting/Management/FinancePrevious experience working for an international company and preparation of monthly financial statement reporting for USTeam management experience with strong communication and leadership skillsGood knowledge of US GAAP and IFRSExpertise in SAP ERPExperience in SOX compliance implementation and internal controlsProven track record of statutory and tax reporting preparationExpertise in Treasury and Cash Forecast managementFluent in English and ItalianWhat we believe: Inclusion - We value diversity in people, ideas, and experiences.
