**ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (W/M) L. 68/99 ART. 1**:

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- We are looking for a Accounts Assistant, belonging to the Protected Categories, as per the law 68/99 Art 1 - for a Part Time contract -TD of 1 year (with the possibility to convert it afterwards to a permanent contract)

- Your missions will be the following:

- Customer accounting administration

- Liaise with customers and employees

- Company car management

- Insurance handling for the Company and employees

- Preparation of mandatory registers

- Credit recovery and interface with the lawyer

- Issuing invoices for internal activities

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and half-yearly accounts

- Supporting manager/supervisor with preparation of annual financial statement

**PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Holding a secondary school diploma (commercial-technical)

- Having good knowledge of accounting principles

- Having experience with SAP

- Having solid skills in MS Office (Excel, word)

- Being proficient in English

- Having knowledge of German is a plus

- Being willing to travel for short business trips
