Right at Home Perth South Eastern Suburbs, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle various accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members regarding financial matters. Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting or related field for at least 3 years. Experience working in aged care or home care services is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Competency in XERO software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
