Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for an Account Payable & General Ledger. Purpose of RolePerform a variety of Accounting Payable and General Ledger activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. ResponsibilitiesMaintains the local books of accounts generating the financial statements in compliance with the local statutory requirements and group guidelinesCollects and maintains the analyses required for the auditorsEnforces the internal controls and procedures required to safeguard the company assets and business ethics Evaluates, analyzes and supports the Team during the annual closure with the financial statements closure of costs and reopening for the following year Utilizes Group accounting procedures for suppliers master data and ledgers management, cost allocation and business accounting reconciliationSupports the GL&AP coordinator in some fiscal activities Accounting posting and reconciliations of all expenses related to employees: - company credit cards; - travel expenses reportsAdministrative activities: - management of accounting master data; - shared email boxes and pecSupport and analysis for reconciliations of all payroll accounts. QualificationsDiploma and / or graduate studies in economics with two to five years related experience.

Analytical skills, ability to work routine, speed of learning procedures, ability to work in teams. Good knowledge of general ledger topics.

Good knowledge of the English language.

Computer Skills:Accounting, Database, Excel, Word Processing, Sap knowledge is a plus.
