Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior professional to join our growing team in Milan.

The person will be reporting to the UK Head of Finance. What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely mannerAccurately code sales and purchase invoices by liaising with managers to ensure correct allocation of costs and VAT codesEnsuring authorisation and sign-off levels are in line with company policy before paymentPreparation of payment runs and updating cash flow forecastReconciliation of supplier accounts to internal recordsHelping with the wider improvement of the accounts payable processHelping the group finance team with components of month-end and internal reportingPosting and reconciling credit card transactionsProducing daily treasury emailsAssisting the group finance team on ad-hoc internal projectsWhat You Need To Succeed

Excellent knowledge of ExcelBachelor's degree or MSc in economics or a relevant field is a plusFluent in English is mandatoryGood analytical skillsAn enthusiastic, motivated, and committed 'can do' attitudeExcellent attention to detailAble to work independently and as a part of a teamTrustworthy, reliable, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlinesWhat We Offer
