Job Description A trucking company is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Collection Clerk to work Monday through Friday from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. Job Duties: Accurate documentation of collection and dispute interactions with both internal and external parties Make initial contact on delinquent accounts Accurately post cash receipts against correct invoices Meet or exceed individual percentage targets and call volume as assigned on a weekly basis Contact customers via telephone and email, maintaining consistent follow-up with the assigned accounts in accordance with the Company's established SOP Proactively build business relationships with your assigned Accounts Receivable accounts Job Requirements Job Qualifications: Must have previous Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Service experience Must have basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry skills Must be good with math and numbers Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
