Who is our client? Our client is a global leader in the chemical sector, committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions. Who are we looking for? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, who maintains the billing system and manages collection activities, investigating any discrepancies or enquiries. Must have? Experience as Accounts Receivable or in a similar role, good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, fluent English (B2) and excellent organizational skills. Want to know more? The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for: Maintaining the billing system; Managing the Accounts Receivable ledger; Managing sales cut-off and revenue recognition; Performing cash management duties and account reconciliations; Managing collection activities; Calculating rebates and agent commissions; Calculating bad debt provision; Assisting in general financial management and analysis; Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or enquiries.

Ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting Diploma; 4-5 years of experience as Accounts Receivable or in a similar role; Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office; Knowledge of international and Italian accounting principles (IFRS and IT GAAP); Fluent English (B2); Excellent organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
