We are looking for an Accreditation Operations Specialist.

The identified resource, who will be joining our Accreditation Team, will be responsible for:

Supporting the Accreditation Operations Coordinator in developing the accreditation operations plan, which would include competition and non-competition venues.

During the event, this person will be assigned to one or multiple specific venues depending on the venue operation plan.

Developing Venue Zoning Diagrams and Access Control Dot Planning documents.

Actively participating in and engaging in the Event Operational Planning (EOP) sessions.

Collaborating with other operational areas to achieve the best possible results in terms of planning, operations, and services.

Acting as a representative and spokesperson for the accreditation functional area in EOP sessions by sharing information, policies, and procedures.

Being ready to present and communicate the accreditation process and general operational guidelines.

Ensuring accreditation services are provided within the required service level across all competition and non-competition venues.

Sharing information and plans with the accreditation function as necessary to ensure awareness and readiness.

Supporting the Accreditation Operations Senior Manager as required.

Coordinating and training venue accreditation managers.

Supporting the accreditation team and accreditation system manager in configuring the Access Control System (ACS).

Providing support in development/planning and implementation of the internal Accreditation Operational Projects such as the Policies and Procedures, Supplementary Access Control Devices (SACDs) Plan, Guest Pass, Procurement Process, etc.

Planning, developing, and implementing the necessary training for Accreditation Specialists, Volunteers, and any additional stakeholders that need accreditation support.

Operational Phase Being responsible for an Accreditation facility during the Event.

Managing the accreditation volunteers at a FA and Venues levels, providing them all the necessary training and support as per their needs, including creating their roster for the Games.
