COMPANY PROFILE:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Supports ACE team leader to ensure compliance with OIC accounting principles as well as SOX and tax requirements.

Acts as a finance point of reference for CNH business functions as well as other departments.

Main Internal interactions:

- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations

- Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.

- Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible to monitor new accounting developments for OIC with potential impact to the Italian companies

- Collaborate with Technical Accounting Department to guarantee IAS/US GAAP alignment

- Work directly with regions and business units on a variety of OIC technical accounting questions, projects, and reviews

- Promote consistency in the treatment of accounting transactions across the Italian companies

- Perform a detailed level review for accuracy of OIC requirements

- Prepare accounting flows related to the new businesses and coordinate alignment with other internal departments (MMU, Technical accounting. . )

- Lead/assist with special projects as needed

- Responsible for the identification, maintenance and communication of all current and upcoming accounting pronouncements as it relates to the company's financial statements for Italian entities

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

**_Education_

**_Technical Experience_

- Minimum 4-5 years of audit experience

- Strong knowledge of OIC, IAS and US GAAP

- Knowledge of SOX principles and internal control procedures/management

- Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e. g.

SAP and Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
