You will use various levers to promote the app (primarily) and the website (secondarily): Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google App Marketing, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok, Criteo, App Network…Reporting to the region's Marketing Director, your main tasks will be:Managing performance marketing budget and optimizing its impact and ROI, in sync with the Central Team. Real-time monitoring of our digital campaigns managed by the Central team: PPC (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Facebook, Insta, TikTok), App Marketing (Google, Apple, Networks), Retargeting (Criteo…)Holding regular meetings with external Agencies and the Central TeamMonitoring the results of each of the levers using reports from the Central Team, as well as deep dives using our web (Google Analytics, Realytics) & App (Appsflyer) analytical tools, and our internal de-duplicated tool (Fenix)Coordinating all relevant stakeholders (Brand team, Offer team and Agencies) for the production of content, which is key to driving effectivenessThis role is an individual contributor oneWhat's your profile? 5 years' higher education, at least 3 years' experience in acquisition marketing (in an agency or with an advertiser)Extensive knowledge of the web over the last 3 years and a focus on mobileGood command of digital levers; specially on Social Media (Meta, TikTok campaigns) and Google environment (Adwords, Youtube)Proficiency in Italian plus English is necessary to communicate with the group and the teams in the different countries, German and French are a plus but not necessaryAnalytical skills to monitor your results and make recommendations and adjustmentsGood command of some or all of the tools listed aboveAgile, always on the move to learn and testProblem solver and doer, with a smileEnthusiastic, humble, rigorous and creative/innovativeTeam player, sociable and open to othersEager to join a caring corporate culture focused on the development of each individual, with strong ambitions and resources to match those ambitionsWhat we offer you:An awesome team (not everybody like our jokes, but we try our best)A Permanent contract (that can be useful in life)?
