They are a family office with multiple locations, but are looking to find someone to sit in either Naples, FL or Cleveland, OH. They currently manage a little over $3. 5b in AUM and primarily focus on the multifamily and industrial sectors.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the identification, analysis, and acquisition of real estate assets. This position requires strong financial acumen, market research skills, and a passion for real estate.

Acquisitions Analyst Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities in targeted regions. Analyze financial statements, property performance data, and market trends to assess the viability of prospective investments. Develop financial models, including discounted cash flow analysis and internal rate of return calculations. Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate due diligence processes. Monitor and report on market conditions, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to inform acquisition strategies. Assist in the management of relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals. Support post-acquisition integration and performance tracking of acquired properties. Acquisitions Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, or investment analysis. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and real estate analysis software (e. g. , Argus, CoStar). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
