Job Description Summary**:
As related customer equipment, faciliaties or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.
Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.
).
**Purpose of the Job
To plan, manage and deliver an entire project from transfer through to Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC)
ensuring that additional business opportunities are pursued and to deliver high levels of Customer satisfaction
and maximum margin/value.
At Level B/C, the Project Manager has to manage a medium sized Unit project:
- The impact of the project will have a significant effect on the Unit.
- The project operates in a limited international environment or national context with existing external or internal Customer with not more than 20 internal and main supplier interfaces.
- Risks associated to the project correspond to difficult and/or technical risk.

**External**:Customers, Consultants, Suppliers, Statutory bodies, Government Bodies, Banks, insurance & bonds issuers
**Roles and Responsibilities
- Turnkey Self-Implement (TKSI), Turnkey with Partner (TKP) - Large, complex multi-year or EPC projects.
Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources on TKSI or TKP projects.
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
**Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management & Turnkey Project Management.
- Degree level or equivalent education- English working knowledge
- EU working permit
- Italian language mandatory
